"Belnet Aerosol" 600ml Internal Circuit Cleaner ERRECOM

The "Belnet Aerosol," in a 600ml spray can, is a chemical cleaner for internal circuits, ideal for small piping networks, with high flushing pressure (8 bar / 116 psi) and a stable discharge pressure (3 bar / 44 psi) until empty. It is suitable for use prior to retrofit, after a compressor burnout, and during recovery or recycling processes in air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

The can is CO₂-pressurized and can be used directly (via the built-in cone) without the need for mechanical aids. Insert the Belnet Aerosol into the A/C or refrigeration system using the integrated cone, allowing it to flow through the lines until the liquid exits from the other side. Flush the system with nitrogen to accelerate the evaporation of the product, and dispose of the used liquid in accordance with local regulations.

This is a flammable cleaning fluid specifically designed to flush refrigerant lines, effectively removing all dust, grease, and oil residues. Thanks to its very high evaporation capability, it leaves no residue in the system’s lines, making it especially suitable for retrofit operations, as well as for cleaning components and piping.

Before flushing, make sure to disconnect the compressor, the thermostatic expansion valve, and the filter, as these components should not be flushed. For larger systems or automotive A/C units, it is recommended to flush in sections.

Belnet should only be used by qualified technicians, equipped with the proper tools and personal protective equipment. Keep away from open flames and heat sources.

When applied on a cloth, allowed to sit briefly, and then wiped, it can also remove adhesive residues from stainless steel surfaces (e.g., glue remains from protective packaging films).
