The operating principle of the Superior VPE Pro is based on the detection of ultrasonic sound generated by the turbulent flow of gases and liquids. As the flow passes through narrow points (cracks, openings, etc.), a large amount of ultrasonic sound is produced, which can be detected with absolute precision by the device.

The unit not only detects the presence of a leak in an area, but also pinpoints its exact location, enabling the technician to resolve it immediately.

Because it detects sound rather than the chemical properties of gases, it can identify all gases, as well as nitrogen, compressed air, and even vacuum conditions.
