Smart plug for Geo Ensemble, Europlug PCK-EE-005...

Smart Plugs (for UK and EU countries) help you track and control appliances from several of geo‘s in-home displays. Set up through energynote – our online energy management service – you can schedule Smart Plugs to turn appliances on/off at particular times of the day. You can also keep a close eye on the true cost of running appliances, as scheduling, consumption and control can all be viewed from the home PC or on the move using a smartphone. Wherever you are, you have full control over your energy use.

There are two types of geo Smart Plugs available:

• an ‘Active’ version that can be monitored and controlled and
• a ‘Passive’ version that can only be monitored – suitable for appliances that shouldn’t be turned off such as fridges or freezers

The Smart Plug is an accessory for the Ensemble system. It:

• Synchronises with your Ensemble system
• Monitors the energy consumption of the appliance connected to it
• Can be scheduled to switch ON or OFF at times of your choice*
• Enables you to control an appliance directly from the Smart Plug, via your Ensemble Display or online*

*requires a Web Pack for online services.

Safety Notice

• Do not leave your fire, heater, iron or any other heat-generating appliance plugged into your Smart Plug when you’re not there.
• Do not leave any flammable material on or close to any heat-generating appliances, eg. electric fires, irons.
• Always check the status of your Smart Plugs after a powercut.
