With integrated SELF DRIVE algorithm, the controller essentially self-adjusts (after approximately 3 days of operation) and can achieve energy savings of up to 35%. It significantly reduces product losses due to improper storage conditions, while also helping to stabilize underperforming or poorly constructed cold rooms—within practical limits—thus saving technicians from unnecessary and costly revisits.

It automatically manages defrost cycles, drain heater, door switch, and fans without requiring manual intervention.

Electrical control panel (without main circuit breaker) capable of managing temperature in complete refrigeration systems for both medium-temperature (chilling) and low-temperature (freezing) applications.

It integrates all essential functions required for a cold room, including:

• Evaporator heaters
• Compressor
• Solenoid valve
• Crankcase heater
• Evaporator fans (220V)
• Air defrost or electric defrost
• Lighting control
• Pump down operation

It can also control up to two evaporators with a single compressor using a third probe, among other advanced configurations.

Additionally, it supports connectivity, data logging, alarm notifications (local), and remote monitoring/control via AKOCloud, using NB-IoT (Narrowband IoT) technology—without requiring any additional connection infrastructure.

Technical Specifications:

• The device operates within a temperature range of -50°C to +99°C and features a graphical display for easy monitoring and configuration.
• It supports NTC sensors (2 included), specifically designed to monitor air volume through the evaporator.
• Measurement resolution is 0.1°C, with an accuracy of ±1°C. It also includes a real-time clock (RTC) and an internal buzzer.
• The enclosure dimensions are 230 x 230 x 90 mm and it offers IP65 protection, ensuring resistance to dust and moisture.
