Removing the valve cores allows full, unrestricted flow through the service port, significantly reducing both evacuation and/or recovery times. Typical competitor core removal tools are designed only for pressurized operation, allowing replacement of leaking Shraeder valve cores without removing the refrigerant. Why remove valve cores?

Shraeder valve cores are designed to restrict flow and minimize refrigerant loss. Up to 90% of the access port can be restricted by a Shraeder valve core. Removing them maximizes flow and can save hours on any job.

Hot tanks and slow recovery?

A Shraeder valve core can act as a metering device, flashing liquid refrigerant into vapor and superheating the liquid. This causes the recovery tank to heat up, resulting in painfully slow recovery times.
