Used to regulate the temperature of cold generators and to display the information from the operation log on, the refrigeration time, the defrost time and the
complete cycle. They store information on the maximum and minimum temperatures reached, in addition to other useful parameters to the HACCP.

Programme-selectable indication in ºC or ºF. 2 inputs for control probe and independent temperature. Digital input for door contact.
Defrost by electric heat, air or hot gas bypass
