QD82U+ Universal AC/DC INVENTER Control System for Split Air Conditioner

The QD82U+ is a universal air conditioner control board (Universal PCB) used for the repair or replacement of defective boards in DC Inverter split air conditioning systems.

Power Compatibility: Covers units from 9,000 BTU up to 24,000 BTU.

Compressor Support: Suitable for DC Inverter compressors (with adjustment capability also for AC Inverter).

Fan Management: Supports outdoor fans of DC or AC type and indoor fans of DC or PG type (if the indoor fan is AC, another PG board must be used in the indoor unit if it is automatic, or the 3C board if it has speed settings).

Electronic Expansion Valve: Equipped with a driving circuit for Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV).

!! ATTENTION: THE OLD HEATSINK FROM THE PREVIOUS BOARD MUST BE INSTALLED on the new board (STAINLESS STEEL POSITION AVAILABLE).

Seal with ARMAFLEX insulation on the fan.

Connect the 3 wires (U,V,W) of the original compressor to the corresponding (U,V,W) terminals of the inverter outdoor unit. Then, make sure that all connections are secure. HOWEVER, ATTENTION: INCORRECT CONNECTION will cause irreversible damage to the compressor cylinders & valves.

RECOMMENDATION: Before installation, using your multimeter, check the compressor to MAKE SURE that the compressor is in good condition and that the resistance between the 3 terminals is equal, in order to avoid connecting the board and burning it!!!
