BASIC Hinged Cold Room Doors

The doors are equipped with a special aluminum profile around the edges, anodized twice for resistance to potential impacts. The covering is made of thermogalvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 0.5mm, painted with a non-toxic and antifungal paint in RAL9002 color, suitable for food use. Upon request, they can also be manufactured in various colors from the sample catalog.

The insulation of the doors is made with polyurethane from BAYER Germany, 30% thicker in the hinged doors, without CFCs, and environmentally friendly.

The door seals are made from specially processed soft PVC, highly resistant and suitable for food use. In 80mm doors, the seal is directly applied to the aluminum perimeter profile. For 100mm thick doors, to improve thermal bridging prevention with the interior of the cold room, a hard PVC gasket is added on which the seal is mounted. The 120mm doors feature double sealing strips and additionally the PVC gasket.

The mechanisms used are imported, of modern construction and design, ensuring no operational issues for easy and quiet closing. All doors are equipped with a lock. Depending on their size, they feature two, three, or four hinges.

The frame of the casing is made from either hard PVC or fir wood, coated with the same sheet metal as the door leaf, adjusted to the thickness of the panel. In both cases, the casing is constructed with very high mechanical strength. The bottom of the door can be made in various ways to allow passage for people or trolleys. Depending on the use of the chamber, the bottom of the door can be constructed differently to facilitate the entry of people, trolleys, machinery, or to accommodate ramp installation, etc.
