Curved Access Door CAD (Ø500) 300x200mm Z275 ACRTOOLS

Inspection access doors made of galvanized steel sheet (DX 51 D+Z275) for circular air ducts (from 80mm to 1250mm), designed to provide easy access for inspection and periodic maintenance.

CAD Type: Oval-shaped to help prevent injuries. Internally non-insulated, with red-colored toggle fasteners. Airtight closure for durability and resistance to high pressures.

Installation Instructions:
First, apply the adhesive template (provided with each door) to the location where you wish to install the access door. Then cut the opening, allowing a 3mm clearance around the perimeter. Unscrew the toggle fasteners up to the top of the nut. Position the door at an angle, holding it with both hands, and insert it into the opening. Align it by pulling it outward, then tighten the toggle fasteners.

Airtightness: Up to 2000 Pa positive pressure and 750 Pa negative pressure.
