R407C is a refrigerant with a moderate to high Global Warming Potential (GWP), which is gradually replacing R22. However, it remains a safe, non-flammable (A1) option for air conditioning and refrigeration.

R407C is a hydrofluorocarbon blend with similar properties to R22 in air conditioning systems. It is a zeotropic blend of R32, R125, and R134a, primarily designed as a replacement for R22 in medium-temperature air conditioning and refrigeration systems. R407C is suitable for residential and light air conditioning, as well as for direct expansion air conditioning systems. It is also used in medium-temperature refrigeration systems.
