CHEMICAL LIQUID cleaner BREX (5LT) NCH

A) Ideal for cleaning salts, boilers, cooling towers, as well as in water-cooled systems & ice machines. Mix with water at a ratio of 1:10.

B) For use in professional coffee machines (internal components - boilers, including copper ones), if the solution is used with the component (e.g., in a plastic bucket), the dosage is 1:4 for quick results, whereas if we want to leave it overnight, a 1:10 ratio might be used.

Afterwards, the acidic BREX solution should be neutralized with MD165.

Then, perform 2-3 rinses with clean water and discard the first coffee batches.

Ideal as it leaves no odors and is FOOD SAFE.
