Aluminum-Copper Brazing with Integrated Borax ACRTOOLS

2 mm diameter brazing rod with integrated borax (internally). It melts at a very low temperature, with the result that the component being brazed is not at risk of melting. It bonds immediately, strongly and reliably. It is a brazing alloy that does not contain lead, cadmium or antimony.

The alloy has a core of cleaning material (borax in liquid form), therefore there is no need to use a separate cleaning agent. It ensures high-strength brazed joints that are resistant to vibrations. The exceptionally low application temperatures make it a perfect choice for joining parts of small width, thin thickness and small sensitive components.

The brazed joints will remain shiny and bright, even after a long time. It hardens immediately and is durable, bonds almost all types of aluminium, while it is ideal for aluminium-to-copper brazing, for TALOS DUAL, etc., without any other combinations!!

!! ATTENTION: The borax is in liquid form and trapped internally. If you do not use the entire rod, you MUST crimp/seal its end so that the borax does not leak out and the brazing rod does not lose its properties.

• Working temperature: 221°C.
• Corrosion resistance: Very good.
