Device for Flushing & Cleaning Internal Circuits and Piping with Chemical Solvent and Nitrogen – ACR60441 by ACRTOOLS.

The ACR60441 is a flushing and cleaning device designed for the effective cleaning of internal refrigeration and air-conditioning circuits and piping using a chemical solvent in combination with nitrogen.

It is ideal for use after compressor burnouts, heavily contaminated systems, oil conversion procedures (retrofits), and other maintenance or repair applications requiring thorough circuit cleaning.

The kit includes:

• 1 reusable aluminum charging container with integrated pressure gauge (200 psi / 13.78 bar) and pressure relief valve.
• Nitrogen charging hose.
• Special flushing gun with 1/4" thread.
• Adapter for automotive A/C applications (R134a).

The integrated flushing gun ensures more efficient use of the cleaning solvent by allowing precise control of intermittent discharge bursts. This method provides significantly better cleaning performance compared to the more expensive and considerably less effective continuous-flow flushing process.
