CHEMICAL iron cleaner & dispersant CBD94 (5lt) NCH

CBD 94 contains polymers and is designed to remove and disperse iron in cooling/heating water circulation circuits. CBD 94 also acts as a calcium phosphate inhibitor. CBD 94 is recommended for use in water systems with:

-High iron content in the feed water (over 3ppmm).

-Excessive amount of silt and clay.

-Orthophosphate level greater than 3ppmm in the re-feed water.

-Systems that have significant iron contamination.

PART OF 4-component set (Clean Bio Pack -12.99.064,12.99.068,12.99.066 & 12.99.067) that cleans & disinfects internal closed water circuits from sludge, slime, greens, etc.

APPLICATION AREAS
Refrigeration Systems, Evaporative Condensers, Closed & Open Loops

DIRECTIONS
As a cleaner and dispersant: add 1 liter for every 400 liters of system water. Circulate for at least 24 hours, drain the system, flush and refill with new water. If the system cannot be flushed then create a leak and refill with new water until clean. Repeat if necessary.

For greater results, use in combination with other products from the BIO CLEAN PACK.
As a cooling tower cleaner: add 1 liter of CBD 94 to every 2,000 liters of water. Maintain this dosage depending on the leak.
Continuous feed for systems with high iron or phosphate content or with many suspended particles.
NOTE: Do not mix with microbicides.
