Brass straight connector 1/2" quick-connect x 1/2" quick-connect by GATOR (Italy), suitable for connecting two refrigeration and air conditioning pipes without the need for flaring, expanding, or soldering, in HVAC & R systems.

The market’s demand for speeding up technicians’ work without compromising quality and safety led GATOR to develop a complete line of inch-based fittings to meet this need—initially up to 5/8"—certified for pressures up to 60 bar, and compatible with all types of refrigerants: older (HCFC & CFC), newer (HFC), and modern (A2L & A3, semi-flammable and explosive), such as:

GATOR fittings are manufactured with “double special O-ring” technology for perfect sealing, and they can be connected, disconnected, and reconnected as many times as needed!
