Brass quick-connect flare elbow 5/8" x 5/8" by GATOR (Italy), suitable for connecting two refrigeration and air conditioning pipes at a 90° angle (with a small radius), without the need for flaring, expanding, or brazing, in HVAC & R systems.

The market demand for faster technician workflows — without compromising quality and safety — led GATOR to develop a complete series of inch-sized fittings. These fittings (initially up to 5/8") are certified for pressures up to 60 bar and suitable for use with all refrigerants: old (HCFC & CFC), newer (HFC), and modern (A2L & A3 semi-flammable and explosive), such as:
R22, R410a, R407c, R32, R134a, R404a, R407a, R500, R600a, R290, etc.

GATOR fittings are manufactured using dual special O-ring technology for a perfect seal and can be connected, disconnected, and reconnected as many times as needed!
This allows you to install any unit you wish without specialized technical work or risky brazing — in seconds — saving valuable time, especially during the peak season, and serving many more clients without stress or uncertainty.
Thanks to their built-in inspection window, you can visually confirm the correct and secure insertion of the pipe into the fitting.
