GATOR Italy 1/4” Push-Fit × 1/4” Push-Fit Brass 90° Elbow Connector, suitable for connecting two refrigeration and air-conditioning pipes at a 90° angle (with a small radius), without the need for flaring, swaging/expanding, or brazing, for HVAC & R refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.

The market’s need to speed up technicians’ work while maintaining quality and safety has led GATOR to develop a complete range of inch-sized fittings, initially covering sizes up to 5/8”, certified for pressures of up to 60 bar and compatible with all refrigerants, including older refrigerants (HCFC & CFC), later-generation refrigerants (HFC), as well as modern A2L and A3 mildly flammable and highly flammable/explosive refrigerants, such as:

R22, R410A, R407C, R32, R134A, R404A, R407A, R500, R600A, R290, etc.

GATOR fittings are manufactured using dual special O-ring technology for reliable sealing. They can be connected, disconnected, and reconnected as many times as required.

This allows you to install the equipment of your choice without the need for specialized technical procedures or hazardous brazing, in just seconds, saving valuable time—especially during the busy season—and enabling technicians to serve more customers without the worry and stress associated with conventional installation methods.

The technology incorporates a special inspection window, allowing you to visually verify that the pipe has been correctly and sufficiently inserted into the fitting.
