Brass straight connector 5/8" quick-connect x 5/8" quick-connect by GATOR (Italy), suitable for connecting two refrigeration and air conditioning pipes without the need for flaring, expanding, or soldering, in HVAC & R systems.

The market demand for faster technical work without compromising quality and safety led GATOR to develop a complete range of inch-based fittings to meet this need—initially up to 5/8"—certified for pressures up to 60 bar, and suitable for use with all refrigerants: older (HCFC & CFC), newer (HFC), and modern (A2L & A3, semi-flammable and explosive), such as:
R22, R410a, R407c, R32, R134a, R404a, R407a, R500, R600a, R290, etc.

GATOR fittings are manufactured using “dual special O-ring” technology, providing absolute sealing. They can be connected, disconnected, and reconnected as many times as needed!
This allows you to install any unit quickly and safely, without the need for specialized technical work or hazardous brazing—saving valuable time (especially during the high season) to serve many more customers, with no stress or uncertainty.
The integrated visual inspection window ensures correct and complete insertion of the pipe into the fitting!
