ALUMINIUM GLUING - LOW TEMPERATURE ACRTOOLS

Aluminium welding 2mm diameter, lead-free, in spiral form with built-in borax (internally). It melts at a very low temperature, so the component we are soldering is not at risk from melting. It sticks immediately, strongly and securely.
Suitable for most aluminum alloys but also for aluminum with copper if combined with code 29.01.005 or 29.01.026.

The alloy has a core of cleaning material (borax in liquid form) so there is no need to use a separate cleaning agent in most applications. It ensures high strength bonds resistant to vibration. Its extremely low application temperatures make it a perfect choice for joining small widths and small sensitive components.

The bonds will remain shiny and bright, even after a long time. It hardens instantly & withstands everything.

• Bond Strength: Up to 10 Tons/in2 154N/mm2.
• Operating Temperatures: 221°C.
• Corrosion Resistance: Very Good.
