GENERAL
Castel Engineering sa is a Belgian company specialized in the extrusion and Injection moulding of plastic parts mainly for the HVAC-R industries.
Founded in 1987 as a small company, it has been growing ever since to become a European leader and a standard reference for quality.
The wide variety of product ranges provides high quality components for clean and coldroom, panel and refrigerated door manufacturers as well as for the installation of air conditioners.
Located in an ideal place for logistics, Castel Engineering group of companies is proud to serve over 70 countries around the world. CastelEngineering Polska Sp zoo islocated in Poland and takes care of the Eastern European markets.

As a manufacturer Castel Engineering is conscious that modern economy requires constant and swift adaptation, while diversifi cation of the offer will ensure a growing market share. Though the tendency is towards a never ending spiral of cheaper products, we compromise ourselves to still manufacture products of very high quality. Thanks to full control of our production processes and tool conceptions, we have been able to keep our commitments while remaining the most competitive. Communication is crucial. We take care of every customer with an individual and personal approach. Our multilingual sales team will follow up your fi le step by step, as to understand your needs,
advise the selection of the products, send a quotation and ensure that your order is delivered at your warehouse. We are able to follow up your requests in 9 languages: English, French, Dutch, German, Polish, Italian, Arabic, Spanish and Russian.
Keeping a well fi lled stock is another service we provide to our customers. Therefore at least 6.000m², of our total surface of 17.000m², represent the permanent storage of our products. We also off er fast and competitive transport solutions as part of our service.

PRODUCTION
We need 3.000.000 kg of raw materials on a yearly basis to feed the 15 injection moulding and 7 extrusion lines that Castel Engineering currently houses at its H.Q. New additional machinery is foreseen to reinforce our production late 2014. This should enable us to extend our off er and services to the customers.
Our Research and Development department has the commitment to ensure that our products remain up to date with the evolution of the technologies.
Their other fundamental role is to keep on improving products or conceiving new ones, with a reduced ecological footprint, to comply with new standards.

ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS
Having over 25 years of experience in plastics transformation, we have been able to gather and increase essential knowledge as to become and remain a European leader. Thanks to our partners, customers and suppliers, we can continuously improve our products to off er an up to date response to the ever changing markets. We have obtained a serious know-how in tool conception which contributes to optimize
manufacturing costs while enabling us to produce high quality at the most competitive prices. Many satisfi ed customers have even entrusted us with the conception and manufacturing of some of their OEM
components.

MANUFACTURING QUALITY
Thanks to modern and up to date machinery we can guarantee a high quality of manufacturing. We buy prime raw materials from renowned industrial suppliers from whom we get full support. Quality control checks are scheduled on a regular basis.

FULLY IN HOUSE
Castel Engineering has both extrusion and injection moulding production processes as its expertise, which is exceptional in its sector. Packing is also done “in house” which allows quality control over the whole process,
from raw material transformation into products, till packed and ready to be dispatched. Orders are prepared and shipped on a virtually permanent stock availability. One of our strengths is the fact that we can modify the
production planning according to urgent or special requests.

RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
We are conscious that the natural treasures on our planet are limited and that is why we are doing our utmost not to waste them. We have set up a recycling program allowing us to recover and reuse as much raw materials as possible. Packaging, mainly from recycled origin, is carefully selected to have a minimal ecological footprint. Solar panels are providing big part of the energy we require, along with the purchase of green energy to satisfy the rest of our consumption.
